red hair shampoo tips?

I got my hair done today and I LOVE IT it's s dark cherry red just wondering any tips on shampoo to help with fading when I wash it? It's my first time with this color

Joico has a red shampoo specifically designed to hold red in. I used it when I had red highlights and I use the blue one now to keep brassiness out of brown hair. Both work very well. I like the line.

Well washing in cold water helps! Also there are special shampoos you can get to make your color last longer. Wait as long as you can before your first wash too! Hope this helps!
