leg cramps/restless legs?

Anyone else have leg cramps or restless legs when they go to lay down at night

I had this. When it happens, point your feet upwards as your legs are lying flat. IT WORKS!!!!!

I was just gonna ask a similar question! Lol - Last night I got the worst leg cramp!  I stretched my legs in my sleep and got this huge cramp that woke me up! So painful 😖 my calf is sore! I remember getting them in the middle of the night with my 1st pregnancy... I just don't know why they only happen in the middle of the night usually during my sleep 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes! Laying up against the wall with my legs up helps. Also my foam roller is a savior! And when it's crazy bad I have my boyfriend roll the back of my legs with a rolling pin. I'm telling you, it's the ONLY things that help!

I experience this every night. I take a hot bubble bath with epsom salt, seems to help me! Good luck!

Yep, my husband has to rub my legs before bed or I'm miserable

I did with my first child, and my OB put me on magnesium. It didn't make it go fully away, but it did help. I haven't started having issues with this pregnancy yet.

Every night!!!! I'll start shaking my leg, tapping my foot on the mattress, squeezing my leg muscles tight- so annoying sometimes I don't know what to do with myself! I get cramps in my calfs more but that's if I've been driving or sitting a while.

I have restless leg syndrome to begin with and during my pregnancy it was sooo bad! It would keep me up all night. The only thing that semi helped was my husband massaging my legs and taking a hot bath. It still got so bad at night though :/ I wish there was a cure!
