Nipple piercings. How bad do they hurt?

My boyfriend always talks about how I should get my nipples pierced and really wants me to. I think it wouldn't be bad and they sound pretty fun. I have plenty of piercings, bellybutton, smiley, daith, and so on but I'm just curious on how bad they hurt before I get them done.

The first nipple is numb, it's all a rush, I didn't feel it. The second one, I calmed down and I felt that one. 4/10. But once the first once is done, you have to get the other side done. I didn't it because the lady doing mine said most people chicken out and I didn't wanna look like a bitch lol. Mine were 15$ each.

I took paracetamol when getting mine and it made them bleed like hell! But the first nipple is always worse than the second but it's bareable, the aftercare is worse because mine and my best friends both bled for 2 weeks non stop after getting them pierced😭but it's been over 4 months now and they're completely fine!

I got mine done about two years ago and they've just barely finished healing and even now they get very sore during that time of the month. I mainly got them pierced to fix my flat nipples (it worked) and I was hoping for some added sensation but nothing changed in that department. The pain wasn't too bad at first but a few minutes later it was pretty uncomfortable. The pain is similar to what you'd feel if you filled a bowl with ice water and placed your hands in till they burn/sting, that's pretty  to what your nips feel like, for a few days. I don't regret mine at all but, I got them because I wanted them and not because someone else wanted me to get them.

Don't get me wrong, they hurt like hell. Like it's awful. But it's literally only for 1.5 seconds and it's over. Had to take mine out because I'm pregnant but after this one and one more I'm definitely doing it again!
