I don't know if it's just me, but when I get my period I have increased bowel movements. Not every time but usually most of the time. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else??

Let me tell you why it's normal you're cramping you're contracting makes you bowel movements come and might be slightly more loose happens to me when I have bad cramping be glad you're pooping and not constipated
