Confused 🤷‍♀️??!?!!!!?!?!???!

I haven't had a period in two month which is rare for me, but I'm not getting positive tests or I keep getting very super faint positives. I have some symptoms like sore breasts and what not but I'm still breastfeeding. I had a blood test and my hcg hormone level was at 2. What does this all mean?
