Not while TTC however once you become pregnant you'll need to atleast cut that in half...for me it was easier to start while TTC as opposed to when I got pregnant.

Decaf is fine while pregnant but don't drink a whole lot. I just bought a whole pot of regular coffee and now I'll have to buy decaf. But I'd do anything for my little bean 😊
