I need some help

Been trying to conceive took ovulation test the week of ovulation had sex just about every day.... a few days after ovulation had pinkish spotting when I wiped and since then I've been having cramps and yesterday my sex drive was up and I am usually not a sexual person...... and to top it off my nipples are a little darker than usual like around them but still pink in the middle..... period starts in about 7 days.....  I'm trying not to get my hopes up but really hope they are all signs of early pregnancy..... What do you guys think?
