So this might be a stupid question be please help a sista out!
So this morning I woke up around five because I had to use the bathroom room. I took my bbt temp and it was 97.22 oh yea I woke up cold from the a/c
Fell asleep around 6am and woke up just now and 930am and my bbt temp was 97.72
Which bbt temp do I use.
