Puking, Pooping, and Crying

Here I sit on my porcelain throne with terrible diarrhea, a bucket in my lap as I also throw up, and luckily I have plenty of toilet paper at my side as I ball my eyes out. 6 weeks and I can't keep anything down. I hate this and I don't know what to do. 😭
