Twins?

I am 5 weeks this week and just about EVERYONE I know keeps saying I am going to have twins. I am super nervous about that so I was wondering if there are early signs if you can tell that it is twins? My hcg was kind of high (so I have been told) at 232.6 at one day shy of 4 weeks. I feel really puffy already and I was on letrozole when I got pregnant. Any ideas guys? Picture was taken yesterday night at 5 weeks.

Im 8w and got my + at 10dpo - Strong positive by 3 weeks that was stupid dark. I have a single resident :)

Not really. I had very high HCG levels with my son and he is a singleton. Really you'll be able to tell during your first ultrasound.

I have been wondering the same thing! This is my second pregnancy and everyone says it's twins witch is possible because my mom is a twin! But really hopping for just 1! I go today for my first ultrasound

I wouldn't worry too much. Almost everyone goes through a phase of "is it twins?" until their first ultrasound. I wouldn't rely solely on HCG as it's different for everyone. This pregnancy my HCG was at 8000 at 4 weeks but it's just a single baby. I'm sure everything will work out just perfectly! Good luck and congrats!
