Ok so I got my tubes tied 7 years ago because I didn't want to have any more kids by my abusive baby father. But now I've been with my current partner for over a year and he's great but he doesn't have any kids and for the last three months I've been feeling like I'm going through every pregnancy symptom and my period has not been the same and now I'm always tired I just want to sleep and last night it took me a whole hour to fall asleep and I had to prop myself up with pillows because every way I layed sent sharp pains shooting across my stomach. I don't know what to do I would be so happy to have a child with my boyfriend but is that the reason I feel like this all the time
