Bleeding like a period but still pregnant

So I had what I thought was my period it can two days late. The bleeding was very light lasted 3 days, bright red blood. I have been very nauseous/puking, dizzy, head aches and moody. I was just wondering if any one had what seem to be a normal period and then turn out their pregnant. Period ended 2 days ago
