Miscarriage, Heartbroken, Need Guidance
I'm heartbroken to say that today I found out I lost my baby. Today, I was scheduled for my first appointment & first ultrasound. I was 8 weeks + 4 days. 
My little one was looking so cute but took me & my husbands heart out when they told us there was no heartbeat for our baby.
Baby was only measuring 7weeks 3days & the membrane was starting to pull away from the wall.
Prayers for me & my health over the next couple days. I found out I'm a negative blood type so once I start bleeding from this baby I have to spend my time in the hospital. If the babies blood starts to mix with mine, my system will shut down.
Would also love to hear some positive thoughts. I know many ladies are having rainbow babies and just want to know was it hard getting pregnant again? Did you do anything different exercise or food eating wise? How long did you wait til trying for another lil one?
