Best Birth Control Methods (for the forgetful)

I'm getting put on birth control here soon and I have no clue what to get. I'm forgetful, and I value my sex drive so I don't know about the pill. But I've also heard so many bad things about everything else.... I want to know what is the most effective too... I just have no idea what to get
