progesterone cream..?

Hi Ladies, need a little advice on natural progesterone cream.. so I had an early miscarriage last month at 5 1/2 weeks. 💔

I'm so scared it will happen again when I hopefully get my next bfp, so I've researched progesterone cream to help top up and help things along,

I haven't been told I had a low count but has anyone got any experience or advice on starting this at the point of a positive?? Thanks x

Hi. Im currently using Wellsprings progesterone cream and 10 weeks pregnant..I had an early loss and suspected low progesterone due to spotting before period and bleeding throughout the pregnancy. I use 1/4 teaspoon in morning and in the evening which gives around 30mg of progesterone. Its better to get a bioidentical cream rather than a synthetic. It doesnt stop a miscarriage if its meant to be but does help if your progesterone is low. If you do decide to get some cream always have a spare bottle as  it can cause miscarriage if its stopped suddenly. I started it as soon as I got bfp. Good luck! X

I would consider asking your ob for oral supplements, as they are specifically designed for your need. After I did a blood test and found I had low progesterone, my ob prescribed me those right away.

Omg great conversation. I got a bfp last month and then it disappeared. I'm guessing it was chemical or early MC😢 I do not want it happening again . Where can I get progesterone cream ?????

When exactly should I use the cream each cycle?
I read that if you use if before ovulation it can prevent ovulating. I know I’m ovulating either this weekend or it happened like yesterday. The ovulating test strips aren’t exact. I don’t want to wait too long (like after my egg dies) but I don’t want to do it too soon and prevent the egg to drop.....
