chance for ovulation?

Can anyone tell me if this is anywhere close? That is the best result I had in 6 months. Also first time in half an year I have noticed that my CM is changing to more egg white type. Please tell me that there is a chance for ovulation this month? I have PCOS so I'm rarely ovulating.
