Second misscarage! Feel like giving up

I was only 8 weeks but im absolutely devastated im so glad i have my fiance to look after me, he ran me a bath and sat in with me we are heartbroken this is the second time now we have been ttc for 2years and 3 month 😭😭 women are supposed to beable to create life and protect it but I feel as if i have let myself and my fiance down by not beable to bare his child
