Letrozole 5mg & trigger

Here we go again!! Starting round 4 guys. Just leaving the doctors. I have one follicle growing on each side. I am taking the trigger shot on Sat so sex today if possible then sat sun and monday. If it dont work this time we are probably going to move to iui. I am not feeling very positive about this go round. Maybe we will get lucky. We are diagnosed as unexplained infertility...ugh
