one sore breast

Has anyone had one breast that was way more tender than the other and got a BFP? I'm 8dpo and for the last 2-3 days my right boob is soooo sore. I take my bra off and I have to hold it cause it hurts letting it hang there. I've also have mild cramping so I don't know if it's AF coming or what.
