IUI low sperm

So we went into our first IUI, I was so hopeful because I was finally ovulating on my good side this month! We had two mature follicles and low and behold we find out that my husbands sperm was low count and average motility :( 4.1 million post wash. They did the iUI anyways because it's the last month with fertility coverage but I already feel like we are out. Success rates are so low for sperm counts less than 10 million :(
