So I am 3 days late on my period as of yesterday, but today I started spotting with off and on cramps. But my boyfriend and I have been using preseed lubricant, can that mess with my period or cause any other issues? I've been cramping off and on and sick to my stomach. Expected period was 3 days ago, but instead having spotting or super light blood off and on
