Ray! Only because it's my moms middle name and it's how she pronounces it and my sisters name is Rheagan (ray-gen)!

That is my daughter's name and we pronounce it as "ray-uh." I believe that it is not the traditional pronunciation, but that is how we pronounce it. It's a Greek name and my boyfriend is Greek. His grandmother is from Greece and she read it as "ray-uh" when she saw the name so I think it's okay either way!
