When you look this topic up, every site will say it's rare that low libido is related to being on birth control. I'm currently on a generic form of Ortho Tri Cyclen(Tri Estrallya), I've been on it for a year or more, and have absolutely no sex drive. My gynecologist put me on this brand because I struggle with acne, and of course for pregnancy prevention, but I feel like my body is out of wack sexually because of it. I'm a very sexual person, and I feel that part of me has been lost. I can never orgasm with my boyfriend during sex, even when trying by myself its not as intense. That was never a problem before. I'm afraid to switch to something new in fear of my skin flaring up like it was before being on bc. I still get acne, but not as severe. Any advice/suggestions?
