Hyperovulation after miscarriage?

Have any of you girls ever heard of hyperovulating post miscarriage and D&C? I had THE WORST mittelschmerz cramps today and it felt like I was ovulating from both side 😳 I've read other blogs but can't find evidence of this in any articles or anything. Just curious! Tia for the responses ❤️

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks at the first of December. I am pretty sure I hyper ovulated each cycle after it. My cycles were pretty long but after 3 we got our rainbow. Or so we thought. It turned out we're 12+3 with rainbow twins!

I read about it too after my miscarriage. My dr said it can happen, but not very likely. Eh you never know though, drs are wrong about stuff all the time. Hoping for a couple of sticky babies for you!

I had a miscarriage in may/beginning of June still haven't had my cycle it's weird lol

Yup my daughter was suppose to be a twin but obsorbed it.
