constipation and spotting?

I have only spotted twice this pregnancy I'm 7+2 the first time was after exercise that I stopped and it stopped and then tonight I'm so constipated I'm hurting in my back from it and I strained and just can't go to the bathroom sorry tmi but anyway I had some tan discharge afterwords can that cause it in not cramping
