Birth Control for Acne
Hi all! Looking for suggestions/to hear anyone else's experience in this area... I know birth control affects everyone differently, but for women who have had success with hormonal birth control as a means of clearing their skin (but also pregnancy prevention), please share what product you used!
Backstory: I've been on and off several methods for the last 7 years, partially due to also being on antibiotics for acne (which canceleled out the effectiveness of my birth control) and also because I've never found a product I love. I've tried the ring (made my boobs painfully swollen and my partner could feel it during sex), the patch, and the pill (ortho tricyclen lo).
