Worried

So I skipped my period last month by starting a new pack of pills immediately and this month I've been having quiiiite a bit of sex. My boyfriend and I don't use condoms because I take my birth control perfectly but I'm on day 3 of my placebo week and I'm absolutely horrified. I haven't had my period yet but have been having cramps a bit lately that felt like period cramps. The whole month I've been terrified because we've never not used condoms before. He doesn't finish inside me, and sometimes at all. Should I even be scared or am I freaking myself out?
