Anyone with endometriosis?!

Question

I'm very worried that I may have endometriosis along with I'm pretty sure I have ovarian cysts... does anyone suffer from this yet still was able to get pregnant. My biggest fear had always been infertility. I'm in the ovulation stage, opk positive, EWCM... all the bells and whistles BUT I'm in too much pain to even have sex 😔 help me out please

I was able to get pregnant with endo.  Ive had several treatments in addition to birth control.  I had surgery by my GYN in 2010 and then Lupron (didn't help).  When that didn't work I saw a pelvic pain specialist for a second surgery in 2011 I think.  He worked miracles.  I also did some pelvic floor PT which was also a life saver.  Luckily all of that together put my symptoms at bay.  I was on BC til we started trying last fall.  Mine didn't obstruct my tubes or cause damage to my ovaries, so I was lucky in that sense.  I was worried about infertility too but it all worked out.  If your endo is active you may need to address that first to make it easier (if it's going to cause a problem at all).
