Light yellow/brownish discharge

I'm 5weeks and 6days pregnant. Yesterday my boyfriend and I Made love... anddd this morning i woke up with a sloghtly yellowish brownish discharge.. should i be worried It only showed this morning and tissues and my pee is clear. Cause the doctor wont answer the phone. 😒
