extreme low back pain 😞
I have been suffering since 13weeks (I am now 25+3)
I have been getting pains near my right lower back just above the bum, my back locks and the pain stops me from being able to move. I have been to the chiropractor of which they said where I am pointing to the pain and the description of it says I simply struggling with my pelvis getting bigger and stretching so they gave exercises to do. They don't seem to be helping and I don't fancy paying more money to them again.
It is getting worse with me getting bigger and now the pain is shooting down my leg when it happens.
Has any gone through this? Anything I can do? I place heat on my back during the night but even that doesn't help much. 😩
