In need of decorating assistance!

Ok ladies so my husband and I have decided to redo everything in our home before baby comes! I have pretty much everything planned and picked out. We are especially upgrading our dining room as I am obsessed with having parties and events. We have wood floors and a mahogany dining table with matching buffet and bar. My new chandelier should be coming in soon! I need to change up the colors and am struggling to choose an area rug because I love them both! Which one do you prefer? We are also re-doing our landscaping. I wanted to do something in our garden area I'm thinking the mixed matched chairs and a chandelier to give a more whimsical feel what are yalls thoughts or some other cool ideas you may have seen?
