help!!

I take my pill perfectly every day, I have an alarm set and never ever miss it or take it late. Me and my boyfriend have sex without a condom and he always pulls out as I'm super paranoid about getting pregnant as it's something I don't want at this stage in my life. The other night we had sex and he ejaculated inside me and I panicked and about 35 hours later took the morning after pill. Will i definitely be safe from pregnancy or at least have super low chances? And also will this affect my period by any way? Thank you in advance.
