when do you count from? please help!
I'm currently waiting for my first AF since my MC (though I'd rather her not show 🤞🏼)
I've read that as a general, it can take 4-6 weeks to return. Do you count from the day you MC'd or from the day you stopped bleeding?
It's been 4weeks since the actual MC. But only 2.5 since the bleeding stopped. I was 7weeks exactly and didn't really bleed. I only spotted through the whole thing while passing clots. Any help would be appreciated ☺️
(MC was natural, no medication or D&C were needed)
