My fiance and his ex havent been getting along well at all this past year or so and its getting worse. He has 2 kids with her (ss8 and sd9) and his ex (bio mom) has another kid, a boy, aged 5. She recently lost primary custody of this kid and gets him every second weekend instead.

We have 50/50 custody of the skids and its really not enough tbh because shes never home, leaves them with her mother, is off doing methamphetamines and pot and gone all the time shes meant to be there. This is causing major behaviour problems with ss8 to a point the school is intervening and have referred him to a psych.

Every time my fiance tries to contact bio mom in relation to kids (for example the school issues as they couldnt get a hold of her, dental issues with sd9 or ss8 behaviour at home) she will yell into the phone that its all his fault because they come to our house on the weekend she has her other son and as a result only see their half brother once a month. I can see this is an issue but she doesnt care to hear about what is going on with the kids at school or home. Its all everyone elses fault but hers.

She has become very aggressive and nasty since fiance started to put boundaries in place. Back last year she was walking into our home uninvited, even asked to stay with us when her parents kicked her out, was getting lifts from my fiance
