My husband and I have been TTC for two years (he's 33, I'm 32). I have a pretty regular 28 day cycle and have never been more than 2 days late. So I haven't even had to take a pregnancy test in the last 2 years. I have, however, been taking ovulation tests the last few months to be sure I am catching that. Every time my period comes, I feel defeated. Absolutely deflated and defeated. I don't want to have a miscarriage, but at this point, even though I would be devestated, it would at least make me know that I can even get pregnant. (We decided to keep trying on our own until November for career purposes). TTC is a stressful and disappointing journey for me. :(
