Spicy food before oral

Hey everyone! I'm posting this anonymously because this is my first post so I'm a little embarrassed but as you can see from the title, things got a little too spicy in the bedroom the other night. ❌🌶 My boyfriend was eating salsa I had just brought home from margarita night and because of the number of margitas I had, I was feeling pretty frisky. So we ended up in the bedroom where he proceeded to go down on me until it started to burn and I told him to stop. He tried to keep it going by using a fire and ice condom but I had to explain to him that even though it was a silly situation, it was very painful. Well now for the last two days I have had an itching sensation down there and I'm getting concerned. Do you guys think it possibly could have caused some sort of irritation or infection? Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Please just let me know if you guys think I should be worried or if this is probably something that will just go away. Thank you.
