Over the counter acid reflux medication ?

so i cannot eat right without gagging and throwing up, that's why i cant ever never gain the weight i want because of my acid reflux!!!! it's taking over my life! what's something i can do or take for it for me to eat better without gagging or throwing up? i had this since i was in high schooo. im 23 now. 😰ugh fml.

Zantac has worked wonders for me&I it's definitely safe. It's for heart born but it also works for an acid reflux supressent for me&I I don't get heart burn from it! It's kind of expensive but they have knockoff brands that say comelare to zantac and they should have the same ingredients😊

Talk to a pharmacist! They can tell you what's best based on your history. But from what you say, Prilosec might be the way to go if it's frequent

Okay I use Bitters (like that they use in cocktails). I'll usually take a teaspoon whenever I have acid reflux and I've had fewer cases of heartburn since I started taking it. I'm pretty sure you can just get Bitters at any grocery store
