Is it weird/gross??

It's currently almost 1:00 A.M. where I live and I am up with my IBS acting up again. When it does this it is very very painful for me. All I can think about right now is how I desperatley want to wake up my husband and have him come sit in the hall next to our restroom while I go through this. I won't because he has to be up in 4 hours, but is it gross or wierd that I want that??

I have IBS and I know how unbearably painful it can be during an attack. There's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting his company while you're sick. Just try to think of it has getting sick like the flu and I'm sure your hubby would love to help take care of you or keep you company.

Ugg totally didn't mean to say it's gross ): sorry about that! My thumb twitched but no it's not gross I have IBS too and know exactly how you feel and I don't like being alone when it acts up because it hurts so much.

I mean, you're in pain. Doesn't matter what causes it, some people just want someone to keep them company while they're in pain. 
I mean, it'd probably be a pain in the ass thing to do because he was work, but I don't think this is weird. I just think you're in  pain and want to be comforted by your partner which isn't a bad thing.

I would have thought this was gross before i had my baby. But while in the hospital after i had my baby, i was so uncomfortable and sick and in pain that i tried to go to the bathroom with the door open. Whenever i think about it, i get embarrassed that i did that but oh well. The people who you love, you want to be there with you no matter what. And the people that love you will be there no matter what.
