spotting on and off for 3 days

I'm 7+4 and I have been spotting most of this week however this is also the week morning sickness has hit hard I am kind of cramps but nothing bad should I be worried I'm so sick still with morning sickness? I shouldn't be worried if I'm still having strong symptoms right
