vitex!!!
Just started taking vitex today i have irregular periods my last one was 47 days ago and i just started AF today, is it fine to take on AF? I am trying to get into having regular periods so that i ovulate every month. And hopefully concieve. My husband and i have been trying for a year and nothing yet but i would love for any advice!!!
