14 month old with redness and bumps to cheeks, legs and arms all the time. Eczema or do 
you think it is something else?

My daughter gets the same bumps on her arms, and sometimes legs. They aren't red and you really wouldn't even know they are there unless you feel them. Her dad has bad eczema so we weren't surprised hah. Get aveeno baby eczema therapy nighttime balm. It does wonders for her skin
