Should People Be More Considerate?

Every year, people set off fireworks for AT LEAST a week around here. I have an almost 11 year old dog who has a room connected to our house and he never wants to come in. Tonight, he was scared out of his wits and he’s the most fearless dog I know! Should people be more considerate when setting off fireworks of dogs who just can’t take it? If my dog falls over dead due to people and their stupid fireworks, the cops won’t be needed when I find them (pictures because he’s cute af)
