Hateful females

I posted on here earlier about a relationship problem. I thought since this being an app of mostly females, I figured I'd ask for advice. I got no advice, just very very hateful comments towards me. I thought that we were supposed to be on here to support each other? I thought that beings as I'm positive that at least 1 female on this app has had the same problem maybe I could get advice. I feel as a female it is my responsibility to support other females in their time if need. It may only be advice but maybe y'all are the only people that some people have to talk to. Negative comments are not needed.
