Ok so I can't see this persons snap score and we are still each other's best friend. I sent him a snap and it sent... what does this mean?

As I understand it, if you can't see another person's Snapchat score they have unadded you. That's different than blocking. Pretty sure if someone blocks you on Snapchat, your conversation with them will disappear completely

If someone blocks you their conversation will turn grey and it might tell you that they blocked you in the chat

I would say if you can still send him stuff and see his info you arnt blocked.
