Could I be pregnant? Or did my cycle change?

I had my first time last May on the 22nd and my period was due on the 26th and after some spotting on that day nothing happened. Eventually, 5 days later it came. Now, 1 month later my period is late again around 4-5 days now. Could've my cycle gotten longer???
