I need an answer

I experienced something really strange this month . I had bleeding was bright red with a couple of clots ,It varied to dark red but I had to use a pad but light flow  for 2 days 6/30-6/1 before my period is due 7/5 . I took a test yesterday and it came back negative, I am having doubt now since I probably tested early  I had intercourse on 6/24 it was protected but now I am started to overthink everything  he told me it didn't rip but I am in doubt now . Ever since I had intercourse I have been stressing ,could it be stress ?
