another month, another no

4 days late. Have what feels exactly like my normal menstral cramps for 5 days now but no bleeding. Of course get that glimmer of hope this is inplantation cramps instead so pee on a stick today. An immediate NO. Like before I was even done peeing a big fat NO ...like the stick mocks me for being stupid enough to think I might actually be pregnant this time.   It couldn't even give me the slight delay of deciding it was no. Just immediately and equivalently NO.
