Moving with my boyfriend?

I am 16 years old and have been with my boyfriend for 2 years. We met the summer before my freshman year. He was a senior and I was a freshman. He took my virginity and I couldn't ask for anyone else in my life. Our relationship has had ups and downs but I think were starting to trust each other and really know we want to be together. He is 19 and wants to start his life by moving to Chicago il for a job opportunity with his family. I support him in wanting to get his life going but he told me he wants to wait for me. He wants me to finish high school and move with him. He said his aunt could get me a really good job there but ive lived in Texas my whole life and all of my family is here. I'm not sure how everything will work out. Any advice?

I'm not trying to be mean when I say this but you are 16. And two years doesn't seem like a long enough time when you just met each other a few years ago.

It's your life and you'll ultimately do what you want (if your parents let you) but in my OPINION I think you should of course finish high school but I think you should go to college as well so you can get an education in something that YOU like to do. Like...having a job and having a career are two different things. Yes, she may be able to get you a job but it may not be something you like..

I understand that you love him but yo hshouldnt follow him and base your life around him. Once people hit the age of 18 and graduate, they make their own path and I really think you should live your life opposed to doing what he wants but that's just my opinion

Like I said previously, do what you want because I doubt you'd listen to a bunch of strangers but that's just what I think.

You're still so young.. stay in school, think about what you want to do and what your dreams are.. I just think you'd regret letting him decide what your life is like instead of figuring it out and deciding for yourself .. but that's just me..

If you really love each other it will all work out in the end. He should move to Chicago and start his life, and you can try long distance and if it works out, after you finish school move with him. Texas to Chicago is only a 2.5 hour flight. If things don't work out you can still remain friends.
