Ladies around 27 years! Help! 😭

When my fiancé and I got together, we were intimate Atleast four times a week. After I got pregnant as a surrogate, it seemed to go down. Now.. I'm lucky if I get it three times per MONTH! I feel completely unattractive. Being naked infront of her doesn't even do anything. She says it's her age and just doesn't have a high sex drive anymore. I can't help but feel it's me. Should I be worried?! How is/was your sex drive? I cry so much believing it's my body or she isn't in love with me anymore? 😭😭
