I am 14 years old, and sexually active. I have not lost my virginity, but have given my boyfriend oral sex before. A while ago I had a large bump on the rough of my mouth, it's gone now, but hurt at the time. He says I am the first person to give him oral, but we've never used a condom, could I have an STD, or is it just because I sucked to hard? I don't want to go to the doctor because I fear my parents.
